  • Account Information: When you create an account as a Requester or Provider, we collect your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and password.
  • Service Requester Information: To request a service, you provide details such as the service type, location, time, specific instructions, and payment information. You may also provide communications with Providers.
  • Service Provider Information: To become a Provider, you provide extensive information for verification and background checks. This may include:
    • Full name, date of birth, Social Security Number (or government ID number), and residential address.
    • Driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance (for services requiring driving).
    • Professional licenses, certifications, or skills credentials.
    • Banking information for payments.
    • Background check results (conducted by authorized third parties).
  • Identity Verification: We may collect photos of your government-issued ID, a selfie for comparison, or other documentation to verify your identity.
  • Communications: Information when you contact customer support, provide ratings or feedback, or participate in surveys.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Location Data: We collect precise or approximate location data from your mobile device when the app is running in the foreground or background. This is critical for Requesters to find Providers, for Providers to navigate to service locations, and for safety and fraud prevention.
  • Device Information: We collect data about the devices you use to access the Platform, including hardware models, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and IP address.
  • Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including access times, pages viewed, app features used, and search queries.
  • Transaction Information: We collect detailed information about your service transactions, including date, time, amount charged, distance traveled, and payment method.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and tracking pixels to collect usage data, remember your preferences, and personalize your experience.

C. Information from Third Parties

  • Background Check Providers: We receive results from authorized third-party vendors who conduct background checks on prospective Service Providers.
  • Financial Institutions & Payment Processors: We receive information necessary to process payments and prevent fraud.
  • Social Media Platforms: If you choose to link your account or log in via a social media service, we may receive information from that platform.
  • Publicly Available Sources or Marketing Partners: We may receive limited information to help us correct or supplement our records (like updated address information).

  • To Provide and Maintain Our Services: To create and manage your account; connect Service Requesters with Service Providers; facilitate services, payments, and communications; process background checks; and provide customer support.
  • To Improve and Personalize Your Experience: To develop new features; personalize the content you see; remember your preferences; and perform research and analytics.
  • To Ensure Safety and Security: To verify identities; conduct safety screenings; investigate and prevent fraud, harassment, or other unsafe behavior; and use location data for real-time safety features.
  • For Communications: To send you service-related announcements, transactional receipts, administrative messages, and requests for feedback. With your consent, we may send promotional communications.
  • For Legal and Compliance Reasons: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; enforce our Terms of Service; and protect the rights, property, or safety of DRAICONNECT, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Between Service Requesters and Service Providers: To facilitate a service, we share necessary information. For example, a Requester’s first name, profile photo, precise service location, and service instructions are shared with the matched Provider. A Provider’s first name, profile photo, vehicle details (if applicable), ratings, and real-time location are shared with the Requester.
  • With Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as:
    • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
    • Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
    • Background check vendors
    • Customer support platforms
    • Analytics and marketing service providers (under strict contractual data use limits)
  • For Legal Reasons: We will disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, user information may be transferred as a business asset.

  • Do Not Sell/Share (for CA & other states): DRAICONNECT does not sell your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
